WAYNESBORO - Timothy Maurice Brooks, 61, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 4, 2018, at Augusta Health in Fishersville, Va.

Born on December 23, 1956, in Staunton, Va., he was the son of the late Kerford Southgate Brooks and Nancy Shelor Whitlow Brooks.

He was a graduate of Waynesboro High School and had many friends on the WHS Track Team.

He is survived by his sister, Constance Suzanne Brooks (Bruce) Paradiso; and his brother, Brette Gilbert Brooks.

A private family service and burial will be held later.
